About Me

I don’t think people should have to pay out the nose for experienced computer help. I have been working with computers my whole life. Starting from my dad’s Apple ][e, to the family’s 386, to a series of home-built computers, to my current mini data center and server farm, I have always had my hand on a mouse or my fingers on the keyboard. Friends and family would often tell me that I could do PC work for a living, but I always brushed them off. After seeing what some people called “computer repair”, I decided that there had to be an alternative. So in 2004 I went into business for myself, and I haven’t looked back. This work is what I do full time, and it also makes me feel great. I get a great deal of satisfaction from a job well done and the thanks I get from my clients.

NO FIX = NO FEE

I’m so confident in the work that I do that I offer the following guarantee: If, within a reasonable amount of time, you notice that anything is still wrong after I’m done with your computer, I will come back and fix it for free. Being fair and honest is very important to me. I go by the policy that If I can’t fix your computer, then I can’t charge you.

The Citronix Logo

I started this business in South Florida and I continue it now that I have moved to Houston, Texas. The Citronix Tech Services logo is inspired by a beautiful mural in South Florida that I frequently drove by on my way to see clients. It’s a little piece of home that I bring with me wherever I do business.
