I am in a sittuation, I had my locksmith license removed due to a DWI, The way the state runs these laws/rules should be thought out a little better. I under stand that a murder, a thief, sex offender, or even someone who was convicted of robbery is not someone you want coming to your house and changing your locks, But I was out off work hours, it was saturday I had a couple of drinks and got pulled over for going through a yellow light. I passed all the test but when I blew it was .09, one point over the limit. And now I'm a felon, no one will hire me. My life is ruined by a mistake. I was a locksmith for 9 years and now I have lost everything. How can I make a better life for my kids if no one will give me a chance as a felon.... Having my locksmith license should be justified beyond this. I am not a murrder, thief, I have never been introuble besides a DWI....

This isn't surprising to me in the slightest....just one more example of how government and industry are constantly coming up with new ways to put the screws to the average citizen just trying to get by. Disgusting...but not surprising.
