On Site / Drop Off

Your place or mine? When it comes to fixing computers, as long as I have my toolkit and USB flash drive, I can work anywhere. I’m very flexible and glad to be accommodating to your schedule. Be it at your home office or my repair lab, I’m always at the ready.

On Site House Calls

Why trek across town to drop your computer off somewhere only to have to come back and pick it up later? I offer in-home house call service for quick fixes, or I can also pick it up and take it back to my lab if I need to work on it longer. The great thing about taking your computer back to my lab is that what might take 6 hours at your place will only take 2 at mine, so you get billed less and I can work more. I also get to work on more computers that way, and I’m out of your hair, so everyone’s happy!

While I don’t have a regular travel charge, gas and maintenance isn’t cheap. I work right from the center of Houston so travel inside the city is free. Anything from the 610 loop to Beltway 8 has a $20 travel charge. Anything from the Beltway 8 and out has a $40 travel charge. Naturally, there are always exceptions, and you won’t see this fee every time I go out to your location. In addition to being fair to you, I also need to be fair to myself.

Drop Off & Pick Up

If you’d like, you can also drop off and pick up your computer from my lab, located in Montrose, in central Houston. Fill out the form below to get great driving directions to my lab, provided by Google Maps.

Testimonal

Some geek from the “Peep Squad” videotaped my daughter taking a shower when he came to fix my computer! David would never do that, he’s such a nice boy. — Natalie F
