On Site / Drop Off

Your place or mine? When it comes to fixing computers, I can work anywhere. I’m very flexible and glad to be accommodating to your schedule. Be it at your home office or my repair lab, I’m always at the ready.

On Site House Calls

Why trek across town to drop your computer off somewhere only to have to come back and pick it up later? I offer in-home house call service for quick fixes, or I can also pick it up and take it back to my lab if I need to work on it longer. The great thing about taking your computer back to my lab is that what might take 6 hours at your place will only take 2 at mine, so you get billed less and I can work more. I also get to work on more computers that way, and I’m out of your hair, so everyone’s happy!

While I don’t have a regular travel charge, gas and maintenance isn’t cheap. A $20 travel charge will be applied on a case by case basis. In addition to being fair to you, I also need to be fair to myself.

Drop Off & Pick Up

If you’d like, you can also drop off and pick up your computer from my lab, located in the Spring Branch, in northwest Houston, right in between 610, I-10 and 290. Fill out the form below to get great driving directions to my lab, provided by Google Maps.

If for whatever reason you don’t like that, you can try these:
